2011 – 2014: Director of Sales & Marketing
Benedict Schools, Zurich – Switzerland
One of Switzerland’s largest private academic networks, serving over 18,000 students annually, Benedict Schools appointed Prof. Al Souleiman as Director after his rapid progression through management ranks. In this role, he was responsible for the institution’s marketing and student recruitment strategy, significantly strengthening its national and international profile. -
2008 – 2011: Vice President
Weggis Hotel Management School, Lucerne – Switzerland
Prof. Al Souleiman began as PR Manager and quickly advanced to Vice President, overseeing academic operations, partnerships, and institutional strategy. The school was known for its international hospitality programs and attracted students globally. His leadership helped modernize its academic branding and student engagement approach. -
2005 – 2008: Manager Assistant
IMI University Centre, Lucerne – Switzerland
Starting as an intern at one of Switzerland’s leading hospitality schools, Prof. Al Souleiman advanced to a managerial role.
