I am so happy to share that my latest research article, "Spatial Computing as Epistemic Infrastructure: Towards a Theory of Programmable Learning Spaces in Higher Education," has been accepted for publication!
It will be published in Social Sciences & Humanities Open (SSHO). This is a top-ranked, globally recognized journal managed by Elsevier and indexed in major databases like Scopus. Having my work accepted by such a highly respected platform is a huge honor.
What is the article about?
In simple terms, the paper looks at the future of technology in universities—specifically things like virtual reality and spatial computing. Instead of just looking at these as cool new gadgets, I propose a new way to think about and design "Programmable Learning Spaces."
The article connects traditional ways of teaching with the latest immersive technology. It offers a new, four-step model to help educators and universities design and manage the high-tech classrooms of tomorrow. I was especially glad to see the peer reviewers highlight that this model brings a fresh and practical approach to the field.
What’s Next?
The article is now in the final production and proofreading stages. As soon as it is officially published, I will share the free-to-read link right here on the blog so you can check it out.
Thank you to everyone who has supported my research!
