Decoding the Silent Customer: My Latest Feature on Forbes

Understanding customer experience is the cornerstone of any successful enterprise, but what happens when your customers don't tell you how they feel?

We often rely on direct feedback—surveys, reviews, and direct messages—to gauge client satisfaction. However, the vast majority of consumer experiences happen in the silent spaces in between. Evaluating these unspoken interactions requires a strategic eye and a proactive approach to quality architecture.

I am thrilled to share that I recently had the opportunity to tackle this exact challenge alongside my fellow industry leaders on the Forbes Business Council.

My insights have been selected and published in the latest Forbes Expert Panel article: How to Evaluate Customer Experience Without Direct Feedback.

In this quick, highly readable piece, my colleagues and I explore actionable, innovative strategies to read between the lines and measure customer sentiment, even when direct feedback is absent.

I invite you to read through the panel's diverse perspectives. If the topic resonates with you, please feel free to share it with your network or leave a comment below with your own strategies for decoding the silent customer.

Thank you for your continued support!
